Equity & Innovation Fund

Background: The fund was launched in 1995 and honors Change Elemental's co-founders, Karl Mathiasen and Susan Gross. It ensures their commitment to innovation, catalytic transformation, and social justice would be felt for generations to come.

Eligibility & Prioritization

Priority Groups:

• Organizations working with communities of color and low-income communities
• Groups deepening their understanding and practices of elements critical to advancing a thriving justice ecosystem
• Organizations pursuing innovative strategies for addressing today's most entrenched problems
