A transformative co-working and mentorship space located on the second floor of Dakota Business Lending's headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota. The program provides free office space, mentorship, education, collaboration opportunities, and access to capital for qualifying small business owners.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must own a for-profit small business in full operation and registered with state
• Must be a solopreneur working full-time on the business
• Must be in need of physical office space
• Must be able to work from Fargo, ND office minimum 8 hours per week
• Must have strong willingness to collaborate with other residents
