Overview: The Traverse City Track Club (TCTC) Grant Program supports projects that align with its mission of promoting and encouraging health, fitness, fellowship, community service, family recreation and competition via running and walking.

Award Amount: Grant awards range in amounts (specific ranges not listed)

Geographic Scope: Serves Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau Counties

TCTC Mission

The Traverse City Track Club promotes and encourages health, fitness, fellowship, community service, family recreation and competition via running and walking. We welcome all ages and abilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible Applicants:

501(c)(3) non-profit organizations

Native nations

Local units of government

Local education institutions serving Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, or Leelanau Counties

Other applicants, including partnerships, may apply using an eligible organization as a fiscal sponsor (must provide signed fiscal sponsorship agreement)

NOT Eligible:

Individuals

Project/Program Requirements

Eligible Projects:

Must be running/walking-related

Must align with the Traverse City Track Club mission

NOT Eligible:

Sponsorships of running/walking events

Operating expenses

Work completed prior to an award

Application Timeline

Next Application Window: October 1 through November 3, 2025

Subsequent Windows: Fall of each year
