Young people ages 16-24 (both in-school and out-of-school)

Goal: Prepare 245 youths

Services Provided:

Empowerment Specialist support

Peer leadership groups for peer support, leadership development, problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills

For out-of-school youth only:

- Career Steps (unpaid work experience)
- Operation JumpStart (entrepreneurial training)
- Key Train (skills remediation)
- GED/HSE preparation
- Mentoring
- Technical training
