Emerging Liver Scholars Program
Pipeline-building program designed to encourage medical residents to explore hepatology and welcome future changemakers into the field of hepatology.
Geographic Scope: United States
Target Audience: Medical residents who:
- Have potential for a career in academic medicine
- Have not yet determined their long-term career goals
- Are exploring hepatology as a specialty

- 2022: 35 medical residents
- 2023: Recipients included in nearly 150 total grantees
