Edward and Hannah Wingaris Scholarship Grant

The Edward and Hannah Wingaris Scholarship, administered by the Center for Scholarship Administration, supports students who have resided in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, for at least one year. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0, and plan to attend an accredited institution full-time. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years, allowing recipients to continue their educational journey with financial assistance.

The Center for Scholarship Administration (CSA) provides corporations, foundations, trust funds, and individual philanthropists scholarship selection and administration management that is experienced, professional, and cost efficient while lending the program an integrity not inherent in internal selection committees.
The Edward and Hannah Wingaris Scholarship is providing scholarships for deserving students. The Center for Scholarship Administration, Inc. (CSA), a non-profit, independent organization is the facilitator of the scholarship fund.
May attend full-time an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, technical college, trade or vocational school located in the United States. Recipients must be enrolled full-time each semester and working towards an undergraduate degree.
The institution must be an educational organization that normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regularly enrolled body of pupils or students in attendance at the place where its educational activities are regularly conducted. To the extent the institution is involved in the selection of the recipients (if at all), that involvement must comply with the Scholarship Program`s policy of awarding scholarships on an objective and non-discriminatory basis as well as the Scholarship Program`s Conflict of Interest Policy.
This scholarship is for one year only; however, current recipients may reapply and be considered for additional funding along with other new applicants. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time. Scholarship recipients are limited to four total years of scholarship award and are expected to have been enrolled consecutive years during that time.

Eligibility

Have resided in the Borough of Minersville or Branch Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania for at least one year during high school.
Demonstrate academic excellence and the potential to take advantage of the furtherance of their education.Demonstrate financial need.Plan to attend full-time an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, technical college, trade or vocational school located in the United States.A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
