Program Description

SRMC supports employee goals to further education in healthcare fields. The program provides reimbursement for education expenses and related certifications.

Eligibility

• Must be SRMC employee
• Pursuing education in healthcare fields including: lab work, radiology, nursing, family practice, or other healthcare areas
• Applying for applicable education expenses

Award Structure

• Base Commitment: One-year employment commitment required for every $10,000 paid toward education expenses
• Scope: Covers applicable education expenses
• Additional Opportunities: Available for certifications and other job-related programs that enhance career

Application Process

Applications reviewed on rolling basis with potential quarterly cycles

How to Apply

1. Contact SRMC Career Development Department
2. Complete education reimbursement application
3. Provide documentation of education/certification program
4. Meet with HR/Career Development specialist to discuss eligibility
5. Agree to commitment requirements (1-year employment per $10,000 reimbursed)
6. Upon approval, submit education expenses for reimbursement
