EDGE AI SCHOLARSHIP Fund

Organization: EDGE AI FOUNDATION (501c3 non-profit)

Mission: Help close the skills gap in edge AI by bridging academia and industry through the EDGE AIP (academia-industry partnership).

Purpose: Offset costs to learn about edge AI technologies and to learn curriculum and skills to teach edge AI technologies to students and classrooms around the world.

Supported By: Strategic Partners and Scholarship Partners who provide value-added services to the community.

Program Components (2025)

1. EDGE AI Fellowships

Awarded to individuals working directly with EDGE AI FOUNDATION and EDGE AIP on new projects and research

2. EDGE AI TRAVEL Grants Program

Financial support for travel, accommodation, and conference registration

Enables selected students and educators to participate in EDGE AI FOUNDATION events and workshops

Goal: Remove financial barriers to ensure diverse voices from academic and professional communities can contribute to and benefit from global AI innovation

• Supported Workshop on TinyML for Sustainable Development in São Paulo, Brazil
• Supporting multiple workshops in 2025
