ECCF Mission The Edgar County Community Foundation (ECCF) seeks to raise the quality of life throughout Edgar County by developing and channeling philanthropy to meet the changing needs of its residents. Grant Focus The Edgar County Community Foundation (ECCF) accepts grant applications from nonprofit organizations within Edgar County who seek funds: to launch innovative social initiatives; to study social programs; for capital or equipment improvements; and to support the creation of needed new programs not currently offered by existing nonprofit organizations. The ECCF, a 501 (c) (3) organization, is a community-based nonprofit foundation whose programs benefit the residents of Edgar County.

Ineligibility

The Foundation generally will not fund a request at 100 percent. Applications that do not contain all the requested information may be denied
