The Edwardsville Community Foundation (ECF) offers Community Impact Challenge Grants to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations that significantly benefit the Edwardsville community. Grants up to $5,000 are available throughout the year, aimed at enhancing quality of life, supporting underfunded projects, and fostering collaboration among local organizations. Applicants must raise a 10% cash match of the grant amount. This initiative underscores ECF's commitment to enriching the communities it serves.

Through the generosity of donors throughout the community, the Edwardsville Community Foundation (ECF) is able to award Community Impact Challenge grants to not-for-profit organizations that make a substantial and broad impact on our community. ECF will accept grant applications for its Community Impact Grants throughout the year and is prepared to award grants up to $5,000 while funding lasts.
The Edwardsville Community Foundation is a 501(c)3 community based charitable organization whose vision is to enrich the quality of life in the communities we serve (Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Hamel, Moro, Dorsey, Worden and surrounding areas). ECF’s Community Impact Grants seek to:
Support projects that enhance the quality of life for residents of ECUSD #7Support projects that are not adequately funded by existing community resourcesSupport projects that facilitate cooperation between tax-exempt community organizationsSupport projects that provide benefits for many residents

Eligibility

Any 501(c)3, nonprofit agency, organization or government entity as documented by the Internal Revenue Service and services the needs of individuals residing in the Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7 (ECUSD #7) boundaries is welcome to apply.If awarded grant funds, ECF asks that you raise 10% of the grant amount needed from new cash donations.
