Miller Fund for the Arts To encourage arts nonprofit organizations to dream about the possibilities to significantly grow the arts in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County community. This year, funding requests may be for A particular projectProgramming, Capital expenditure, or A request for unrestricted funding (materials/equipment, resources, etc.).
