- Access to ETSR guide with sample motion for pro se filers

Application Process

2. Complete the Questionnaire: Answer from your own perspective
3. Select ETSR Option: Check "yes" to the question: "Are you or your loved one currently on supervised release and would you like assistance getting off of supervised release early?"
4. Submit: Submit the completed questionnaire
5. LPP Review: LPP team will review and contact you regarding representation

If you prefer to file your motion pro se (without an attorney):
1. Request the ETSR guide from LPP
2. Guide includes sample motion template
3. File motion according to guide instructions
