Overview: E-Squared is Career Partners' signature program celebrating more than 15 years of inspiring entrepreneurial thinking in Culpeper County. This semester-long business competition challenges teams of high school students to develop a new business concept.

Program Structure

• Eligibility: High school students in Culpeper County
• Format: Semester-long team-based business competition
• Team Formation: Students are randomly placed in groups
• Mentorship: Each team is paired with local business coaches who provide mentorship, lead workshops, and guide them through creating a business plan
• Competition: Teams present their business ideas to a panel of judges in a high-energy competition modeled after real-world investment pitches

Award Details

• Winning Award: Winning team members each receive a $10,000 scholarship
• Funding Source: Funded by generous community sponsors
