DSC Foundation Global Care Fund

Program Type: Financial relief assistance program

Purpose: Provide financial relief to individuals or their families when those individuals suffer serious injury or death during the course of, or related to, providing services that ensure conservation of wildlife and associated habitats

Eligible Individuals

• Professional hunters injured or killed in course of professional hunting services
• Professional hunters' staff injured or killed while providing professional hunting services
• Biologists engaged in conservation work
• Game wardens engaged in conservation/wildlife protection
• Other conservation professionals putting their life at risk in hunting and conservation activities

Eligibility Requirements

• Professional Membership: Applicant must be a member in good standing of a relevant professional peer organization in the state or country in which they are injured or killed
• Injury/Death: Must be serious injury or death occurring during or related to conservation and wildlife protection services

Geographic Scope

• Global - serves individuals worldwide engaged in conservation and hunting-related services

• Complete and submit Global Care Fund Relief Application (PDF form available on website)
• Provide applicant name, address, country, email, and phone
• Provide details of injury/death and circumstances
