The Walser Foundation’s mission is to increase access to high-quality education and career-training programs in the communities we serve across Minnesota, Kansas, Illinois, New Mexico, and Georgia. Driving a Stronger Community Scholarship (KS) The Walser Foundation, funded by the Walser Automotive Group, proudly supports high school seniors who demonstrate outstanding volunteerism, social responsibility, and civic engagement. Through the Driving a Stronger Community scholarship, one exceptional student from each participating high school will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to assist with post-secondary education. Participating high schools are chosen based on the communities Walser serves.

Eligibility

Be a high school senior Complete 30+ hours of volunteer service during their senior year (Volunteer hours must be extracurricular and cannot fulfill school or organizational requirements.) Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)

Ineligibility

Family members of employees and directors of Walser Automotive Group or any Walser affiliate businesses are not eligible.
