A condensed organizing program that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to be leaders in the Dream Beyond Bars campaign for Alameda County to invest in alternatives to youth incarceration. This is a paid opportunity for systems-impacted young adults that are unable to commit to the year-long Dream Beyond Bars Fellowship.
