Project 180 Pilot Re-entry Grant

Geographic Scope: Minnesota statewide; priority given to CMJTS service area counties (Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs, Renville, Pine, Sherburne, and Wright)

Focus Areas:

Serving justice-involved individuals (formerly incarcerated individuals)
Career guidance and mentorship for re-entry
Support for individuals soon to be released or released in the last 3-6 months
Basic needs support (food, housing, health)
Career navigation and job placement

Program Details:

Recruit 40 justice-involved individuals
Individualized career navigation from intake through job placement
Addresses challenges during reintegration process
Career navigators provide supportive relationships essential to re-entry success
