  • Serving justice-involved individuals (formerly incarcerated individuals)

  • Career guidance and mentorship for re-entry

  • Support for individuals soon to be released or released in the last 3-6 months

  • Basic needs support (food, housing, health)

  • Career navigation and job placement
  • Program Details:

  • Recruit 40 justice-involved individuals

  • Individualized career navigation from intake through job placement

  • Addresses challenges during reintegration process

  • Career navigators provide supportive relationships essential to re-entry success
  • Eligibility:

  • Formerly incarcerated individuals

  • Soon-to-be-released individuals

  • Individuals released in the last 3-6 months
