2. If selected, sign and return required waiver

Selection Criteria:

• Applicant's level of interest in the course
• Potential to be benefitted by the course as determined by Change the Air Foundation
• Evaluation based on individual's application
• Financial need may be considered but is not required

• Signed waiver (provided by foundation, required from all recipients)
