Dr. Arthur A. Dugoni Faculty Award

Purpose: Acknowledges and supports eligible faculty affiliated with California's dental schools for their exceptional leadership, innovation, collaboration, compassion, philanthropic spirit and integrity in dental education. The award was developed to support individuals who contribute to the scholarly and creative activities of California dental students.

Geographic Scope: California (requires affiliation with California dental schools)

Eligibility Criteria

• Nominator Requirements:
  • Must be a CDA member OR faculty member of a dental school located in California
  • Limited to one nomination per award cycle
  • Self-nominations are accepted
• Nominee Requirements:
  • Must have a history as a member of faculty
  • Hold full-time or part-time teaching positions
  • Be affiliated with a dental program associated with one of California's dental schools
  • Contribute to the scholarly and creative activity of the school through direct contact with students
