Overview: The Downtown San Diego Lions Club offers scholarships through its Welfare Foundation to support local high school students committed to serving their communities while pursuing higher education.

Geographic Scope: San Diego, CA - specifically serving graduating seniors from eight high schools in the club's geographical area

Eligible High Schools:

  • Hoover High School

  • Garfield High School

  • Kearny High School

  • Lincoln High School

  • Monarch High School

  • Gompers High School

  • San Diego High School
  • Award Amount: $2,000 per scholarship recipient
