The DDD Rebate Program, created by legislation in May 2014, provides rebates to stimulate private investment and development in Delaware's downtown districts. The program has distributed $35 million in rebates and attracted $527 million in private investment since inception.

Geographic Scope:
Available in 12 designated downtown districts across Delaware: Clayton, Delaware City, Dover, Georgetown, Harrington, Laurel, Middletown, Milford, New Castle, Seaford, Smyrna, and Wilmington.
