Our Mission The Grand Foundation is a philanthropic organization serving all of Grand County, Colorado. The Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life in Grand County by proactively addressing current and future needs in the areas of Health & Human Services, Arts & Culture, Education, Amateur Sports and Environment. Donor Advised Funds: Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Grant Helps primarily non-profit community organizations with funding that provides or enhances residents' access to basic primary needs in the areas of health and human services, environment, and education. Info & Guidelines The BOCCDAF support organizations that enhance the quality of life in Grand County. This includes groups that provide programs or services in the areas of health and human services, environment and education. The BOCCDAF will fund specific projects and programs that have measurable results (evidence of product, change in number of, etc.). Operational funding requests will be considered; however, the BOCC are not in the practice of providing sustaining funds (multiple year commitments) to organizations. The BOCCDAF appreciate and encourage collaborative agency grant requests.

Eligibility

Other not-for-profit entities or groups demonstrating a need will also be considered.Organizations receiving funding in the past must have current progress and/or Final Reports on file in order to be eligible for funding during this cycle.

Ineligibility

The BOCCDAF will not participate in any political campaign on behalf of any issues or candidates.Request for programs or projects already completed will not be considered for funding. The BOCCDAF will not fund items purchased before the grant is awarded.
