Dominion Energy Educational Equity Scholarship Program The Dominion Energy Educational Equity Scholarship Program was established to assist students residing in one of the states listed below, who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, ethnicity, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin. Funding Up to 20 awards of $5,000 will be granted to students pursuing 2-year programs and at least 40 awards of $10,000 will be granted to students pursuing 4-year degrees. Awards may be renewed for up to three additional years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first. Renewal is contingent upon maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale in a full-time course of study and continuation of the program by Dominion Energy. Applicants must also continue to reside in one of the eligible states. Awards are for undergraduate study only. Financial information will be collected from applicants. 80% of scholarships will be awarded on a combination of need and merit with the remaining 20% awarded on the basis of merit.Eligibility
