Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award - Science will be presented to an individual who has made distinguished contributions to the practice of I-O psychology within 7 years of receiving a PhD degree. The recipient of each award is given a plaque and a cash prize of $1,500. Award recipients will be asked to serve a three-year term as a reviewer on this award subcommittee beginning the following year.
