Submit through the online form (Apply for Discretionary Grant link on website) 4. Include itemization for multiple items 5. Submit receipts for purchases over $100 to PTO Treasurer (Jennifer Losaw) as soon as purchase is completeTimeline: Approved applicants receive checks within 2 weeks after deadline.
