Application Process

1. Develop grant proposal keeping in mind the PTO's goal to meet highest needs and serve the Midvale-Lincoln community 2. Review proposal with your principal before submitting 3. Submit through the online form (Apply for Discretionary Grant link on website) 4. Include itemization for multiple items 5. Submit receipts for purchases over $100 to PTO Treasurer (Jennifer Losaw) as soon as purchase is complete

Timeline: Approved applicants receive checks within 2 weeks after deadline.
