Overview

Waccamaw Community Foundation serves the Waccamaw region’s nonprofits through a Competitive Grant Program, disaster relief rapid grants, and through specialized donor-advised grants. The majority of our grants are awarded through donor-advised funds, which are given at the recommendation of the donor and do not have open applications.

Disaster Relief & Recovery Rapid Grants

During times of disaster relief and recovery, we accept applications for organizations providing disaster services in Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties. Organizations applying to do disaster work should be members of their local VOAD or COAD.
