Program Name: Credit 341 - Corporate Contribution to School Tuition Organizations for Displaced Students or Students with Disabilities

Organization: Catholic Education Arizona (School Tuition Organization)

Geographic Scope: Diocese of Phoenix, Arizona (38 Catholic schools) and St. Michael Indian School in St. Michael, Arizona (Diocese of Gallup, New Mexico)

Purpose: Provides tuition scholarships to students with disabilities and displaced students (including foster care) attending Catholic schools

    How Funding Works

  • Corporate Funding Only: Corporations filing as S/C Corp, LLCs filing as S Corp, and insurance companies can direct state tax liability to this program
  • Up to 100% of state tax liability can be directed
  • This is a tax credit, not a donation
  • June 30 deadline for corporate tax liability commitments
  • Both large companies and small firms can participate in either Low Income program, Disabled/Displaced program, or both
