The Lowe Fund The Lowe Fund is a Field of Interest Fund at The Denver Foundation. Established in the 1960s by the Lowe family, the Fund has resided at The Denver Foundation since 1994. The mission of the Lowe Fund is to provide grants to nonprofits in Colorado that support training, education, and research into the causes, cures, and treatment of developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, and other related nervous and muscular disorders.Eligibility
