The changes you want to see, and improvements you want to make, are all possible when you work closely with us and our network. Dental Treatment Fund This fund provides grants for dental treatment for Berks or Schuylkill county residents who are otherwise unable to pay for care. The Dental Treatment Fund provides grants to support dental treatment for Berks or Schuylkill County residents who cannot pay for such treatment, in honor of the Berks Schuylkill Dental Hygienists Association.  Decisions are generally made within 14 days of receiving the application and the referral from the dental provider.
