Overview

Mission At the Delta Foundation, our mission is to combine the funds and efforts of our employee-owners to make a collective difference in the communities where we work. We accomplish this by funding grants to local charitable organizations and initiatives. Vision The Delta Foundation strives to be an engaged partner in making our communities a better place to live and work. About Small changes, big impact. At the CFD Research employee-owner-led Delta Foundation, we believe that small, positive changes can make a big impact on the community. The Delta Foundation was founded in 2021 as a result of employee-owners’ strong desire to give back to the communities that have been an integral part of our growth over the past thirty-five years. We realized that while one person’s ability to meaningfully affect outcomes may be limited, if we come together, we can amplify our contributions and efforts to make a much larger impact in the communities we serve. Contributions from employee-owners and the company are used to help support organizations in the greater Huntsville area such as: Arts & Education Programs: Programs that are not established in primary or secondary schools supporting special education programs, community enrichment, or mentoring at-risk segments of the community.Mental Health & Wellness: Programs that serve to provide access to basic health and dental care, trauma care, or family supportBasic Needs: Support our neighborhoods’ and communities’ need for basic living items (e.g., food, shelter, clothing, and hygiene) or job support
