The David DiCesare Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of David DiCesare, a respected community advocate who served in multiple city and county roles and supported local nonprofit efforts focused on heritage, history, and education. The scholarship provides awards ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 and is renewable, with renewal applicants required to reapply annually alongside new applicants.

Eligibility

Have graduated from Columbia River High School OR Vancouver School of Arts and Academics in Vancouver, WA, or be on track to graduate this year, andBe enrolled or plan to enroll at an accredited college, university, technical or career school during the upcoming school year.
