• Expand awareness, engagement in, and financial support of The Council Foundation's philanthropic work aimed at attracting dynamic talent into commercial insurance brokerage careers
• Extend the Foundation's reach in supporting brokerages recruiting interns as full-time hires through the Scholarship Program
• Provide a "lab" for learning how the Foundation can help brokerages build progressive, inclusive workplace cultures with diversity of thought
• Serve as a memorial framework for the future
