Overview: The Foster Scholarship Fund was established by the family of Robyn Conlon to honor Dr. Dan Foster, a long-time teacher of the Foster Open Ring Sunday School Class. It is held at the Texas Presbyterian Foundation (TPF) and overseen by the FPC Dallas Scholarship Committee.
