Each honoree receives:- Must be a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or clinical nurse specialist at CRMC
- Selected based on nominations from patients, families, and colleagues
- Evaluated by CRMC committee for outstanding patient care and compassion

Nomination Process
1. Obtain Nomination Form
- Available at collection boxes throughout CRMC's campus
- Available via CRMC website
2. Complete Nomination
- Write a description of why the nurse deserves the award
- Include specific examples of patient care and compassion
- Explain how the nurse goes above and beyond in their role
3. Submit Nomination
- Place completed form in collection boxes at CRMC locations, OR
- Submit online through CRMC website
4. Review and Selection
- CRMC committee reviews all nominations
- Committee selects quarterly winners
- Awardees notified and invited to celebration
5. Award Presentation
- Public celebration event
- Attended by colleagues, patients, and visitors
- Honoree receives certificate, pin, and sculpture
