CultureFix Scholarships and Grants

CultureFix funds programs that advance arts and culture in the greater Williamsburg, Virginia area.

Applicants are asked to describe how their program fulfils that mission and which of CultureFix's goals it advances: producing unique arts and cultural events for the greater Williamsburg area; supporting and collaborating with local artists, organisations and businesses that are mission-aligned; working towards an art-inspired communal space and improved arts infrastructure; and capturing arts and culture grant money designated for livability and creative placemaking.

Award amounts are not made public. Annual grantees are named at culture-fix.org and may be profiled there; grantees may be asked to fact-check any planned profile.

Apply by completing the grant application form on the CultureFix scholarships and grants page. The application asks for your program's goals in detail, any regional or national research describing the need for the program or its benefits, the effect the program will have on local neighbourhoods, the dates of the program, who will benefit, and how the program fulfils the CultureFix mission.

If your organisation is a 501(c)(3), provide its EIN, and state the payee if a grant is funded by cheque. You may attach any additional background you believe strengthens the application (one file, maximum 15MB). You must confirm you have read and understood the CultureFix grant application guidelines, and sign the form before submitting.
