Note:1) Eligible applicants are to submit their applications to their Councils of Goverment (COGs). 2) COGs will submit a list of applications to the Department on a quarterly basis on the following dates: Quarter 1: March 27, 2026 Quarter 2: June 26, 2026 Quarter 3: September 25, 2026 Quarter 4: December 18, 2026 Connecticut Department of Transportation We're responsible for Connecticut’s major transportation systems, including their maintenance, planning, engineering, and construction. Our Mission "Improving Lives Through Transportation" “Improving Lives Through Transportation” is a broad initiative that is meant to encompass multiple audiences and scenarios. Internally, it entails upholding all the values that CTDOT stands for, fostering a supportive, respectful, and successful environment where individuals can grow both personally and professionally.
