Overview: CSweetener is a free mentorship program for women and nonbinary healthcare professionals in director to C-suite roles with 10+ years of experience. The program warmly welcomes intersectional applicants.

• Mentor Role: Volunteers of any gender with 20+ years in healthcare and senior-level or executive roles
• Mentee Eligibility: Women and nonbinary healthcare professionals with 10+ years of experience in director to C-suite roles
• Cost: Free
• Geographic Scope: Not specified (appears to be US-based)

• Mentors: 20+ years in healthcare, senior-level or executive roles
• Mentees: 10+ years experience, director to C-suite roles, women and nonbinary professionals
• Note: If you don't yet meet these criteria, applicants are encouraged to stay connected for future opportunities
