CSA/Aim Higher Scholarship
Overview: A $1,000 student-based scholarship awarded to five students in grades K-8 from families with demonstrated financial need at each eligible Catholic school in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
Award Amount: $1,000 per student
Frequency: Awarded annually based on demonstrated financial need
- Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis
- Eligible Catholic schools in the region
- Does NOT follow student if they transfer schools
Geographic Scope
- Grade Level: K-8 students enrolled in or planning to apply to eligible Catholic schools
- Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial need as determined by TADS financial aid application
- School Enrollment: Available at select eligible Catholic schools in the Archdiocese
Eligibility
- Primary Cycle: November 1, 2025 - February 27, 2026 (CLOSED)
- Summer Cycle: May 31, 2026 - August 24, 2026 (OPEN)
Application Timeline (2026-27 school year)
- Five scholarships awarded per eligible school
- If declined or not used, scholarship is awarded to next eligible student on waiting list
- Scholarship sent to school after enrollment verification in October
- Applied directly to student's tuition by school
- Does NOT follow student to another school if they transfer mid-year

How to Apply
How to Apply
1. Visit TADS at venturedsolutions.com
2. Create or Login to your TADS account
3. Complete Financial Aid Application through TADS online form (23 sections)
- Recommended: Download and complete the 2026-27 Financial Aid Worksheet first, then transfer information to online form
- Spanish worksheet also available
4. Receive TADS Reference Number upon form submission
5. Optional: Submit "Letter of Special Circumstances" as attachment to explain changes in financial or personal circumstances
6. Designate Schools: Near end of application, enter child's name to apply for CSA/Aim Higher Scholarship at eligible school
7. Upload Required Documentation:
- Most recently filed federal taxes
- W2s
- Paystubs
- Additional documents as requested during audit
8. TADS Audit Process: TADS reviews application and may request additional information or documentation via email or phone
9. Foundation Review: Aim Higher Foundation automatically receives application and reviews for aid determination with school
- Families must fill out only ONE application to be considered for all available scholarships (Aim Higher Scholarship and CSA/Aim Higher Scholarship)
- One application per family; can apply for multiple children on same application
- Optional Letter of Special Circumstances can explain changes in circumstances
