Creative Impact Grants

Program Description: The Creative Impact Grant Program is designed to enable teachers to bring innovative and exciting ideas, techniques and resources into the classroom.

Eligibility

• Applicants: All Toledo Public Schools (TPS) teachers
• Geographic Scope: Toledo Public Schools district, Ohio

Award Details

• Amount: $500 - $2,500 per grant
• Selection Timeline: Applications reviewed by TPSF Scholarships and Grants Committee; winners announced in November; funds dispersed in January
• Annual Funding: Up to $25,000 in total grants awarded annually

• Application Window: Fall semester (August - October) each school year
• Deadline: Friday, October 19 (annual)

Background

The Toledo Public Schools Foundation is committed to expand, complement and supplement current initiatives in place, moving the district forward. Recipients use grants to fund classroom innovations such as educational software, classroom furnishings, and learning resources that benefit students across multiple courses and years.
