    Background: CCRHF established the COVID-19 Response Fund in March 2020, supported by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, with a generous donation from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and support from many individuals in the community. This was the fourth wave of funding to address ongoing unmet needs and continued recovery efforts in Contra Costa County.
