Eligibility:

Must be a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization

Must have at least one physical location in Contra Costa County OR provide services to those living in Contra Costa County

Grant Categories:

Small: Under $5,000

Medium: $5,001 - $10,000

Large: $10,001 - $25,000

Total Funds Available: $114,000

Grant Terms: March 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024

Background: CCRHF established the COVID-19 Response Fund in March 2020, supported by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, with a generous donation from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and support from many individuals in the community. This was the fourth wave of funding to address ongoing unmet needs and continued recovery efforts in Contra Costa County.
