Program Overview:
Provides temporary, paid employment during the COVID-19 pandemic while providing disaster relief services to local communities. Combines work opportunity with skills development and community service.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must meet ONE of the following:

  • Been laid off due to COVID-19

  • Received an employment termination or layoff notice due to COVID-19

  • Been unemployed long-term due to COVID-19

  • Was self-employed and became unemployed due to COVID-19

  • Meets definition of "dislocated worker" under federal workforce law
  • Program Benefits
