Annual scholarships awarded to graduating seniors in the Council Bluffs Community School District. The 2025 cycle awarded over $71,000 to graduating seniors.

Geographic Scope: Council Bluffs Community School District, Iowa

Eligibility:

• Must be an attending student within Council Bluffs Community School District
• Must be a graduating senior

Application Requirements:

• All required fields must be filled out accurately and completely (blank fields result in rejection)
• At least one letter of recommendation required (three recommended)
• List of extracurricular activities (volunteer work, clubs, sports, employment, relevant experiences)
• Financial information
• Some scholarships may require personal essays or additional materials

Application Process

1. Check Application Status: Verify that the application period is open (2026 applications are currently closed)
2. Gather Required Materials:
   • Complete all required fields accurately and completely
   • Obtain at least one letter of recommendation (three are recommended)
   • Compile list of extracurricular activities
   • Prepare financial information
3. Letters of Recommendation: Attach letters from acceptable recommenders (teachers, counselors, principals, employers, coaches, religious or community leaders)
4. Extracurricular Activities: Document volunteer work, club participation, sports, employment, and other relevant experiences
5. Financial Information: Include relevant financial documentation
6. Additional Materials: Some scholarships may require personal essays or other supplementary materials
