Overview
The Coshocton Foundation was created in 1967 through a $685,000 bequest from Adolph Golden, a prominent Coshocton merchant and harness racing enthusiast. The foundation originally was a single fund from which all grants were made.
The fund was set up to match a maximum of $500,000 over a period of ten years.
