    Pre-Qualification Requirements

    Successful applicants must comply with:
  • Current DUNS and SAM numbers
  • Acceptable fiscal management/stability (including ability to meet matching requirements)
  • Good standing with the Secretary of State
  • Not on any Federal or State Debarred, Suspended, Stop Payment or Excluded Parties listings

    Service Standards

  • Service providers must adhere to General Service Requirements and Title III-C Service Standards
