To be the resilient resource to collaboratively support concrete as the leading sustainable building material.

* Goal 2: Disseminate knowledge and create educational tools for the benefit of stakeholders
* Attract and advance the concrete industry workforce
* Tools and programs to advance communities and societal goals
* Goal 3: To be the resilient resource for collaboratively funding the advancement of the concrete industry
* Bring together industry stakeholders to provide the financial resources and governance needed to accomplish the Foundation's goals
* Measure progress and success of the Foundation goals and ensure strategic, long-term alignment and communication with stakeholder audiences
Funding
The Foundation funds research and education programs that are consistent with our mission of increasing the quality, professionalism and sustainability of the ready mixed concrete industry.
Those wishing to perform research on concrete materials topics may consult the list of research needs developed by NRMCA's Research Engineering & Standards Committee. Please note that this list is only a guide, and neither guarantees funding of a particular topic, nor precludes research on topics not listed.
Eligibility

* As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all programs we fund must benefit of the citizens of the U.S., in addition to the concrete industry.
* Research areas must have a broad scope – with applicability on at least a large regional, if not national or international, basis.
* We seek proposals for specific, applied research and education programs.
Ineligibility
* We do not engage in proprietary research.
* We do not fund direct advocacy or promotion programs.
* We avoid duplication of effort and would therefore not generally support replicating existing or ongoing research topics.
* We rarely support general requests for organizations or programs.
* We do not fund sponsorships.
