Community Support Fund

Funds raised by the Foundation support community initiatives that enrich life for residents, family members, and staff at Residences at Vantage Point.

Geographic Scope: Columbia, MD (Residences at Vantage Point community)

Focus Areas: The fund has historically supported:

• Heartfelt Connections® (memory care, community certification, staff training)
• Community Wi-Fi upgrades
• Joy of Art (rotating resident art displays)
• Creative Aging Arts Workshops
• Exterior landscaping projects and Sidwell Garden
• Electric transit van and electric vehicle chargers
• Auditorium improvements
• Fitness and rehabilitation equipment
• Medical equipment for resident use
• Technology and entertainment amenities
• Weekly floral arrangements

Eligibility: Initiatives that positively impact Residences at Vantage Point

Application Process: Requests for funding must be submitted in writing using the Funding Request Form. Decisions are made by the Foundation Board of Directors in adherence to Approved Policy.

Application Process

1. Complete the Funding Request Form (available in writing)
2. Submit to Columbia Vantage Point Foundation
3. Foundation Board of Directors reviews and renders decisions in adherence to Approved Policy
4. Requests should clearly describe how funding will positively impact Residences at Vantage Point
