The Corte Madera Community Foundation welcomes local Corte Madera organizations to submit grant requests for projects, programs, events, and services that are consistent with the Foundation's mission of improving quality of life in Corte Madera, building community spirit, and enhancing the town's small-town character.

    Grant Criteria

    The Foundation considers grant applications that:
  • Directly benefit the Corte Madera community
  • Are consistent with the Foundation's Mission Statement and Bylaws
  • Favor applications that benefit a larger portion of the Corte Madera community over those benefiting a smaller portion

Ad Hoc Grants

The Foundation may consider ad hoc grant requests outside the twice-yearly cycles in extraordinary circumstances when the need for the grant did not arise until after the relevant deadline for grant submission.

- Spring grants: April 1
- Fall grants: September 1

4. Follow-Up
- The Foundation may request additional information about your request
- Expect to receive a response within 60 days of the deadline

5. Reporting Requirements
- Selected grantees must report to CMCF on use of funds and project outcomes
