Each year, Community Needs Grants are awarded to charitable organizations serving Chippewa County.

Geographic Scope: Chippewa County, Wisconsin

Funding Focus Areas:

• Arts and culture
• Community development
• Education
• Environment and animal welfare
• Health and human services

Application Period: Opens September 1, 2026 (also noted as August 25 in some sections) and closes October 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM (also noted as October 2 in some sections)

How to Apply

1. Access the GOapply Portal: Create or log into your GOapply account on the Community Foundation's online portal
2. Complete Application: Submit your grant application through the GOapply system
3. Submission Deadline: Applications must be received by October 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM
4. Progress Reporting: Grantees must submit progress reports for grants awarded in fiscal year 2024-2025
