Collaboration Requirement: Must be a collaborative effort involving 3 or more partners

Program Focus: Must address an identified United Way of Midland Community outcome in one of the three Focus Areas

Key Requirements

• Fiscal agent must have audited financials
• Program must serve clients in Midland, Martin, and/or Upton County
• Proposed program must align with at least one of United Way of Midland's Community Impact Focus Area Goals
• Collaborative effort with 3 or more community partners
