    Application Requirements

    Required Materials:
    1. Cover letter summarizing your proposal, addressed to the OMEF Board
    2. Detailed outline of your program/project including:
    - Specific goals
    - Timeline
    - How you will measure success
    - Quantified anticipated impact on target community
    3. Amount requested and proposed use of funding
    4. Line-item program budget
    5. Summary of other funding sources (including pending requests)
    6. Plan for how you propose to recognize OMEF's contribution if granted

    Process:

  • If proposal meets current goals, OMEF will contact you for an interview
